About Us

Paul Barnett started working in a supermarket when he was 15, after graduating from university he started as a Sales Graduate with Nestle. He has now worked across Europe and Asia with Asahi, SABMiller, and Johnson & Johnson as a Managing Director.

On that journey he has worked in 31 countries in both the developed and developing world, spending time in the commercial office but more importantly, observing shoppers on the retail floor.

He has reviewed well over $50 mil USD worth of shopper research from around the globe, and worked in teams that have failed and succeeded in equal measure executing activities based on this research.

After spending many years listening to consultants talk about shopper marketing, he decided to write the book and e-programme he wished someone could have given him 20 years ago when his own career journey started.
